Workshop Description

Project managers focus on plans. We will step back and learn to collaborate. Then shine the spotlight on communication. These are the true lingua Franca, Power(soft) skills. This interactive workshop is going to focus on communication skills for project managers to effectively communicate with developers and business analysts. This will be an interactive session. We use role play and exercises to learn and enhance your soft skills.

Learning objectives:

1. Questions to identify basic personality profiles

2. Techniques to listen for alignment at work and home

3. Develop a personal connection with someone in 5 minutes or less
